How many times have we been down this road before? A new year brings hope, commitment, and desire to make some changes in our lives. We start off strong, but often after a short while, we get derailed.   It could happen slowly, or sometimes rather fast. We lose sight of our goals and slip back into old, self-defeating habits.   This lecture will identify the emotional and practical obstacles to success and highlight strategies to make this year your year! Participants are asked to bring with them a list of their goals for the New Year.
