Procrastination is something we have all experienced at one time or another. Granted, some experience it more often than others, but we have all put off a task for a later date when it is quite possible to complete it now. This problem is especially prevalent during tax season. There may not be a scientifically proven method to completely eliminate procrastination in one’s life, but there are helpful ways to tolerate and reduce it. This public lecture provides education on the concept of procrastination, explores different factors that facilitate procrastination, and teaches cognitive and behavioral techniques to help you Procrastinate Later and get things done now.
