The Albert Ellis Institute (AEI) collaborates with research from many universities in designing studies that advance our mission. We hope that you will be willing to participate in survey research that will expand our knowledge of the relationships between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Although you will receive no direct benefits from participating, these research studies will help the investigators understand human thinking, emotions, and behaviors, and may lead to more effective psychological interventions.

The professional staff of the AEI and the Director of AEI, Kristene A. Doyle, Ph.D., Sc.D. has approved each of these studies.

Each study has its own formal consent form and description of its purpose. For every study we assure you that all of your responses will be kept confidential and there will be no way to link your responses to any personal information about you.
