Wednesdays ● 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Fee: $60 per session
Leader: Mike Toohey, M.A.

- Learn about depression and what factors lead to becoming depressed

- Identify, challenge, and replace maladaptive beliefs with healthier, more functional ones

- Break bad habits and start forming and practicing more positive ones

- Learn how to prevent and avoid potential future triggers of depression
