Ennio Ammendola, Ph.D. is a fellow and core faculty trainer at Albert Ellis Institute and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Vermont (UVM) and is deeply committed to the field of suicide prevention under the mentorship of Dr. Craig Bryan. He is part of a team focused on developing a state-of-the-art suicide prevention service for the community served by the UVM Health Network. He has completed several professional trainings in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, Cognitive-Behavioral Conjoint Therapy for PTSD (CBCT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) for trauma, Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (B-CBT), Clinical Hypnosis, Structural family therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Kundalini Yoga.
