Kaitlin Williams, M.A., is a pre-doctoral extern at Albert Ellis Institute (AEI). She earned her M.A. in General Psychology from the Gordon F. Derner School of Psychology at Adelphi University, where she is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. Ms. Williams’ clinical experience encompasses psychoeducational assessment, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adult therapy, and group therapy. Her research interests include the therapeutic alliance, rupture and repair processes, race, and culture.
